Booking requests
Submitting the form or sending a WhatsApp message is a request for service. A booking is confirmed only after direct confirmation by phone or written message.
Transfer details
Guests should provide correct pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage details. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.
Prices and payment
Prices should be confirmed directly before the ride depending on route, time, waiting, passenger number and specific requirements.
Delays
Ferry, flight and road conditions can affect timing. The service will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the agreed pickup.
